SOLE MATES

Socks live Sad lives; Identical twins Forced apart; Never sure If they are Left or right. Laced inside Dark shoes, Stifled by Sweaty odors. Holey from Torn toenails, Darned by needles. If one is lost In the wash Its mate is tossed In the trash.
