Time To Go Home

The father wistfully looked down the lane,      wondering if he would ever see his younger son again. But never on this day did he realize,      that soon coming to him was a special surprise. In the land of famine the youngest son's money was gone,      and he came to himself and said,"Iwas all wrong." There he was feeding and eating with the swine,      dejected he remembered good food once was mine. "I'm mot worthy to receive it, but never the less,      to Heaven and my father it's time to confess. The father's vigilance continued from early sunrise,      and then far off he could recognize the great surprise. "Kill the fatted calf and make ready for a celebtation,      my son is alive after great tribulation." "Gather clothes and the family ring for his finger,      all join in with us now so do not linger." However in the field was a different story,      the oldest son was angry for never receiving any glory. "Come to the party,"the father pleaded to him,      "all is well so there is no reason to feel so grim." "You will be with me to the end of time,"      and much that I have someday will be thine." So come to yourself this very special day,      and make a decesion now no more to stray. Your Father has waited since you decided to roam,      come to yourself dear one, it's time to go home.
