Edge of Glass

We walk towards the edge of glass on paper shoes forever last while time flows in like the sea and brings with it this fantasy. The surface smooth this glass evades scratches and no shadows made transparent chains lie on the ground and with these chains dreams are bound bound within this social class that walk towards the edge of glass. We walk towards the edge of glass consuming faces as we fast buried thoughts and dieing flames break the glass but none's to blame. The pieces lie about us all the pieces cry to us they call the broken lives the shattered dreams this place where nothing's as it seems we reach to help then walk on past straight towards the edge of glass.
