Fish Bowl I sit in a crystal box Enclosed by beveled edges Perfectly measured Meeting at right angles. I gaze through Rainbow walls refracting Moments in time Trying to catch them. Holding my knees to my chest I rock and watch and wait For an expression, a pause Or a turn. Tapping, someone is tapping On the crystal of my box In my world where a sea Of thoughts run through my mind. |
