Her Warrior

She wanders through the forest  following a path she hopes will  lead to home  In a clearning at the edge of the trees  she sees her warrior standing alone  In one captivating moment she is  frozen there in time  He beckons her to come closer  his open arms a loving sign  Quickly she runs to him and  feels his warm embrace  Tenderly she kisses his lips and  strokes her White Eagle's face  In the wigwam they will renew  old customs in ways of the past  For Morning Dove and her warrior  share a love that will forever last
