Standing Strong

Here I am  Feeling as though I am alone. Corridors filled with young souls. Trying to begin their fight to survive, in the game of life. Here I am, now feeling lost,  should I have done this long ago. The trials and tribulations have led to this point. Never thought that I would see a ray of sunshine above the head. The clouds of rain obscured my visions, lost my will will to move on. All the lost souls never helping, only encouraging failure. Some how some way, I made it through all the roads of endless wondering. To this point in my life's destination. of all the collective souls of hope, succession, and belief in promising future. Here I am at the beginning; the beginning of the corridor. With all the souls that want to make it into the light. The light... at the end, I see it. Each step I take is a step forward,  never a step into regression. I no longer feel the heavy rain drops against my face. Only the winds of negativity from those with disbelief as I blow bye. I know I will survive, for I am strong and amongst those tht live to see a brighter day. As I take these steps forward, know that nothing can stand in my way. Those things in life that have yet succeeded in destroying my beautiful soul. Can now only make me stronger in succession. I see all the young souls that are here,  but I no longer see them as passing me bye or I the same. They are right here with me. In the hand of the righteous. So I am never alone, for the one that put them here... has found it fit to place me in the same wonder place. For a chance to survive.
