Bubbles

The family dog was called Bubbles, for giving him a bath meant real troubles. His job was to watch and protect the house, against anything disturging it, even a mouse. The task he had wasn't all that hard, he just had to stroll and patrol the yard. Then one day a cute little poodle caught his eye, and Bubbles forgot his duties as she walked by. Off Bubbles ran to follow the cute poodle's tracks, and it took over two hours before he ever got back. Bubbles was gone and away from the home, and everything in the yard was left all alone. Meanwhile at home where Bubbles was to guard, a man stole the childrn's bikes from the yard. No one stopped him or showed any care, for Bubbles, "the watchdog" no longer was there. This teaches us even a dog must be dependable you see, if he isn' trustworthy he is as useless as can be.
