Additional Notes:
This poem has a visual component that I couldn't display. It is written on graph paper and has a fanciful embellished picture of the plot for Tyhoon Roy. It also includes icons that are labeled: heart of the matter*,; (feet) of lead (Pb)**; (heart) of gold (Au). It was written while we lived on our sailboat. Unbeknownst to me, my husband and I would separate during the summer of this year. I look on this poem as a foreshadowing.
