Knife The knife she's holding in her hand is the one she stabbed in my back Yes that's my blood and the things she's screaming oh so loudly those are the words aimed at my soul I close my eyes really tight and pray she'll be gone when I wake up But then I realize I'm not asleep and it wasn't a dream She is chasing me through my life In my head In my dreams In my mind Parading Around with my heart on a stick and letting people admire my Tears The Ones That Run Down To My Toes |
Additional Notes:
The last 9 lines are capitalized and seperated to signify importance (capitals) and the image of tears running down ones face (line space)
The other oddly capitalized words are other important words. Like She-thats saying who, Parading and around- capitalize also for significance. If read out loud and speaking the capitals harder than the other words it gives more of a sense of pain.
