A ONE WAY TRAIN

You sent me away to a destination unknown a place far away from my childhood home, you did not want me in my frail old age so you put me on a one way train. I arrived at a station on a cold and wet night all by my self not a soul in sight, I wondered how you could be so cold to neglect your mother and leave her alone. I have alzheimers and blind in one eye, I realise now the burden,I was in your life you sent me away to have a life on your own, now you have left me to die all alone.

Additional Notes:
This had happend to an elderly lady who lived in perth (Australia) and her son had sent her to Sydney because he did not want to take care of her any more. Her son sent her from one side of Australia to the other. She was found on a railway station early hours of the morning. This poor lady was so disorientated at the time that some one had found her she did not even know what was going on. In my eyes the elderly need more respect than what some of their children give to them at this age 93 years, they deserve more.
