INSIDE OUT

It's not the cover, but the contents, It's not the missing pages we try to find, It's the loving ways and common sense, It's the grace that comes with peace of mind. It's not the beauty we see outside, It's not the frills and fancy clothes, It's the character and morals inside We practice as each day comes and goes. It's not the flaws and imperfections, It's not the handicaps to judge, It's the simple, honest, respectful direction, It's never holding hate or grudge. It's not the way we walk with pride, It's not the talents and jobs well done, It's following in our Maker's stride And forgiving others from sun to sun. It's seeing souls turned inside out With love shining through the light, Only God knows what it's all about, He helps us discover truth and right.
