I remember that day, my Mother told me to give you away. Give you away to a better life, give you away, these word's cut me like a knife. I couldn't give you away, cause you were my sone, part of me. I wasn't sure what the future would be. You and I were like twin's, before the years played on my skin, but we are in soul as one, for you are still my son. My son, oh how these word's fill me with joy, cause you were my first little boy. A little boy for your Grandpa to hold, so he could tell you the stories of old. Stories of old you were taught, now those stories you have brought, brought thru your life and oh how you have learned, that we are as one as the life cycle turn's. Now in this day of a New Millinum has come, you will remember where you have come from, come from me ,we are a pair, both of us would dare. To remember the life we had, some good and some bad. But thru it all and how we did strife, thru thick and thin we've learned our plight. Cause after all you are my son. To My Loving Son Scott Love Mom
