Atlantis

I'm floating in this puddle, please help me not to drown. You're the closest thing to Heaven, in this world I've ever found. As buant as I claim to be, I drift and float quite aimlessly, searching for the island of my dreams. Alone I wade this river, afraid I face the rage. Just one more tributary, to set the final stage. With Hope I'll search for calmer seas, again I'll drift quite aimlessly, searching for the island of my dreams. I screamed as passion floated by, I wept the day I watched Love sink. Just me, the sea, and the open sky, with not a drop of life to drink. Until the day sweet land I see, I'll drift and float quite aimlessly, searching for the island of my dreams.

Additional Notes:
I capitolized hope to give reference to it as being my only companion as I'm drifting around. I capitolized love to symbolize the companion that left me drifting. This is very strong poem and it holds alot of meaning for me.
