Daydreaming To The Wall

I sit here pondering the reasons why things occur in such an ominous manner. Do we bring the miscommunications upon ourselves? Do we relish in these impurities of life? Hoping for the dream yet helping to destroy it. We dare to question the nature of this whole phenomenon. We cowardly bow to the keeper of the realm. We balance the cynacism of life upon our shoulders, carefully displacing the weight of our burdens. We kneel down to the altar and confess to abnormality. Hoping for salvation to wipe the slate clean. To give a reason for us to carry on. To expend more energy to this paradox of loneliness. We ascertain the differences we've come to love and hate. We indulge ourselves in simple things to avoid the complexity of this whole dream. We choose to welcome things that we know may tear us down, just to feel the warmth upon our wrinkled faces.

Additional Notes:
i wrote this at first without a title and then chose this one because for me anyway, when i come out of a daydream, it seems i'm staring at a wall. i just found it amusing, so i stuck with it.hope you enjoy.
