A Love Remembered

A Love Remembered I watch her and I see so much of myself in her. I can remember like it was yesterday the excitement of being in love. I can still feel the blood rushing through my veins causing my heart to skip a beat and my face to blush. I can still feel my cheeks as they rise with laughter and ache with joy. I recall stumbling over my own words and only being able to call out his name. With every breath I took, I inhaled his very being; all his sweetness, all his charm, ...all of him. Touching him  brought pure ecstacy and I would beome induced with his drug. I could never have enough-- always wanting more. Everyday I would pray that the next day be better than the day before. Now I pray ...that I was her.
