The Way I Feel Today

what can i say i feel fat today i feel bloated,ugly,  and disgusting what can i do to make it go away i try to be positive putting on bigger clothes that just aren't my size looking in the mirror saying i look fine bigger the clothes  the smaller i feel i wish all i could do today is disappear people walk by  looking horrified by what they see another fat woman in a tent doesn't she know how to buy things that would fit the way they look  the way they stare the way they talk about you like you don't even care but you do care and you do mind and you wish that there was something you could do to change their minds to show them that you are a person  with true feelings  and insecurities like we all hide inside how do you express yourself with confidence when all you feel is like hiding in a dark closet searching for that one ray of light in which you could find that true beauty that lives inside.
