#62

I want to make love to you, but I do not love you. I want to hold you, but I would be sorry if I touched you. I want you to hold me, no holds barred. You take a little---I take a little. Pruning and plucking improves plants and trees. What about people? Prune a little support-affection-protection. Use it for yourself. Give fearful, qualified, tenative reciprocation. What does that do to a people tree? It's ok until it's not ok. Some days I really need the water and the fertilizer. Some sun would be nice too. Some days I have the root system of a redwood. Some days I have the root system of a daisy. Positive people plants plucked by passive, paracitic personalities. Not approved for the long term. It makes for a bad stomach feeling, and it's hard on the heart.
