My Mentor

When I have sat down wearily at the end of every day. My thoughts all come together, and it seems to you they stray. For I recall you did not know my tragedies, my strife. Yet you spoke out to comfort me, with words, sweet words of life. How could I ever write it down how much this meant to me, without pouring out my heart to face reality. For you have kindled in my heart a flame which daily grows, and in the night time of my mind a light that steady glows. I shall never let the winds of time destroy this, for of all the things here in my life, you are my moments bliss.
