WE ARE WHAT WE THINK

I believe that perhaps, some control can be had, On the way that we feel, whether good, whether bad.   What's to lose, if we choose to see glasses half full? There's no harm, so disarm; might that rock be a jewel? Your chances enhances, if you reach for the light. Even night can be bright, all it takes is insight. Times get tough, sure it's rough; but it pays to endure. Take the lick when you're sick; for in time is the cure. What you do, what you say, everyday; that's the key. Fight the pains, loose the chains; and in time you'll be free. So believe, then recive all the joys you deserve. So restart, it's an art; if you just have the nerve. I won't cry when I die, for that may not be the end. There's a light, it's so bright; I might just meet a friend. I believe that perhaps, some control can be had. On the way that we feel, whether good, whether bad.

So often, I talk to myself through poetry. So often, I then feel better.
