Relief

Looking down the long barrel of despair, tears triggered by fear explode! Cold steel chills shoot up and through sobbing, heaving flesh. Shaking hands clutch for balance. A glossy glaze stares. Fixed on nothing,on anything. Crashing thoughts fight for reality. Darkened lights mask distortion. Pain streams down, and drips, into a pool of pity! The night  empties the soul, devouring a weakened spirit, penetrating, invading. Contemplation seeks relief, and relief, is just, a chamber away!
