Prolixic-

If simply words, then why does fear clench my chest so tight that I feel as though I can hardly breathe at the sight of such a vast expanse of white, staring me in the face! I grip my pen, grit my teeth,  screw up my courage, and still no release of words or ideas, nor brilliant flashes of insight! My mind goes blank as I begin to quake, hands tremble and shake, sweat glistens on my face, and still there is no trace of lines across the page! I curse and swear as I tear out my hair and pray to the Lord for divine inspiration! The result is always the same,  with absolutely no one to blame, I stare in consternation! I lament and complain, yet it remains the same day after day, and night after night! Ripping and tearing, frequently despairing, the contents of my wastebasket spills onto the floor! Slowly the dam begins to break, first a trickle here and there, then letters tumbling everywhere! Much to my surprise, I am able to comprise from these a poem to suffice!

Prolix means unduly long and verbose.
