A Final Farewell Your god is dead. I saw his tombstone just yesterday in a remote cemetary obscurred by weeds and cracked. . . the epitaph hidden beneath dust and dirt and unreadable. . . I stooped to wipe it clean then stopped, stood, and walked away-- Never to return! (emptiness scars the soul, blind faith scars the mind) |
