Why 2 K, or Never Forget

I love the English countryside, it's rolling hills of green. My thoughts wander back there, to when I was just fourteen. Pubs and parks and castles and those wonderful fish and chips, remain strong in my memory, along with billowing sailing ships. Now you say: "Why look back, it's now the year Two Thousand? The past is past, times have changed and so has that beautiful Island." STOP! We have to look back at what was, before the years take their toll, on the mirror that reminds us of what lurks within our soul. Will all the changes make us forget and things like poetry be lost, the art of language and communication, forever in permafrost? What is real? What is not? Cannot be defined by electronics, as a natural arm can't really be replaced by something called bionics. As we go forward, do we really go backward and begin to lose our soul? For abuse of things meant to help us, can keep us from our goal. So we hope and dream and remember when and for the good times we labor, which are not brought about by electronic means, but love of GOD and neighbor.
