Pain A cry not heard Pain cutting deep in the soul a soft voice whispering To ease a pain too deep for mere words A whisper to hope but in what Shall tomorrow bring relief When each day bring a throbbing I reminisce of yesterday But yesterday is covered with pain Can hope bring hope to take away the pain deep within the soul For mere words are not sufficient |
