Thirsty soul

You left your scent everywhere,  your essence is lingering in the air,  when I close my eyes I can feel you,  see you in my eyes,  I am transported within you.  Being drowned in your love,  my heart beating with yours,  becoming yours,  one beat, one heart, one body, one soul. Floating, soaring, uniting, wanting, longing..... for another moment of ecstasy in your arms for you touched the very soul of me.   But this I no longer have but  oh, so long for..... my soul, my body, my mind so arid and brittle,  a need to quench the thirst so powerful.
