Time

The tick tock of earth, timelessness Infinite sky swallows time As a crying infant to the flowing breast Love is the blood of time In all it's dimensions Outlasting space and life Droplets of time fall each second like raindrops Yawning at dusk and dawn Time is time again and again But suddenly, there is no more I am therefore, formed, an infant Yet, knowing fully, my womanhood One in the same, infinity Hypnotizing hourglass Sand through my fingers Flittering away as a beautiful butterfly Never to be captured again Socrates, query the mind Time echoes the past Erupting new earth It is all that is left
