The net A decade has passed since she left on her high wire act. In his thoughts he should let her walk the wire. He hopes than when she falls he will be there to catch her. Though deep in his heart he waits below the wire. Quietly without spoken judgement he waits. So he can catch her when she falls. Only to go back to the wire unhurt. Not knowing the pain that he indure as she returns Only to soon fall again, again he will be there for he is the net for which she dare play. The freedom for which he bestow her, taken for granted the net will not fail. She walks the wire never looking below ever to see the one who loves her so |
