The Oath

The Oath        To you o Gods,  Who have turned your thoughts towards Man; Some to Inspire, others to drive Mad, Isis, Aphrodite, Pan- To you o Gods, That shake and thunder on earth in accordance with your divine will. And you who wither rock in Time- Mighty Poseidon-Earthshaker; Jupiter-Skyfather; Chronos-Ancient One- To you Virgin Huntress, who draws the Silver Bow  Of your divine will to slay or deliver by your favor- I invoke your Most Potent Essence- The pure form of your Godhead. Yes! I am the one! I call! I seek! I long for thee,  Lay bare my soul and destiny! For I swear! This is my oath,  That I will not rest until I am one with Thee! A warrior.  Free. Conquering yet conquered by thee- By Thy love. By Thy light. By Thy life. I follow-  I wait-  I will!
