Daylight to Dusk

Daylight to dusk, a sacred time. Erasure of color, so sublime. Trees that were green, just moments ago, Are now silhouettes, in the moons golden glow. Greeting the night, with only their branches. As firefly lanterns, reveal their romances. Between the dark and the daylight hour, Are moments which capture, a gentler power. Given the chance, to choose day or night. I'd make the choice, tween the dark and the light. Twix the sun and the moon, the bright or the dim. I'll ride on the dusk, till the days light begin.
