Additional Notes:
* El(angel name prior to falling)-another name for Satan much like Devil, Belial, Lucifer, etc. * The legend; Flying Dutchman, a ghost ship and its captain as well, haunted figures of a nautical legend. According to legend, the Dutch mariner-the condemned captain, accursed for uttering a blasphemous oath, is doomed to sail aimlessly and eternally in the North Sea while playing dice, for his soul, with the devil. His phantom vessel supposedly *forewarns (*bodes) disaster for any sailors who see it. The legend is well known through its adaptation in the opera Der fliegende Holländer....Oops! My additional note ended up being longer than my haiku, 5-7-5 ((hope u enjoyed this tidbit of information though)) ;}
