#64 Artistic Expression

Monet, Thoreau, Wilson. Impressionist, expressionist, repressionist. Paint, write, live. Compare, idolize, justify. They are here in black and white and color. I am here. Unfulfilled, unfinished. Are they mentors or monsters? They lived and have blessed my world forever. I live, and it keeps me from living. They had equal opportunity to be ordinary. How did they overcome? Did they know when they broke through? I know. I haven't. Been 51 years....How many more will I get? Hesse says it's so simple. I've been farming and keeping, when I should be wandering and seeking. Where can I find a life rewinder? Do I want to find one?  Confused, hesitant people seldom make significant life contributions. Hum, I may figure this out yet. All I have to do is do. You'll be hearing from me.
