Coming Home

As I walk through the door, she stares at me, smiling shyly. She is happy to see me, as I am her too. When our eyes meet, she flashes that pretty smile. I can feel the passion, from across the room. I stride towards her, as she raises her arms, our bodies meet and we embrace. I know well I have missed her, and I know, she missed me too. Happy to be home, together. I take her hand gently. We tell one another, softly, our love that we truly feel. Our emotions run deep. Once again we embrace. We fade back to the shadows, to do what lovers do. I caress her naked body, and vow my never ending love. We lay together entwined. Undeniably true soul mates. Welcome home forever.
