Idle Thoughts...

Like a tiny drop of water floating over a precipice to become engulfed in the raging torrents of a Niagara Falls, a single image first imparted, cascades and splinters into myriad thoughts and long-forgotten memories. Each then joined, mingled with, fed and enlarged - only to be jolted apart and multiplied exponentially until the beginning is lost in the past. All routs are circuitous and entangled almost hopelessly, until the order for "order!" is given and confusion flees for cover inside the grey matter... unless, of course, a single abstract unnoticed thought slips by the guard and starts the riot all over again! I must learn to concentrate.
