Nuclear Snow

The ebon cloud spreads rapidly upward like an unchecked cancer devouring the azure sky. It digests the sun viciously blocking out all light, causing a frigid blackness to cover the injured earth. Nuclear snow falls softly, deceptively beautiful, horrid with death. Screams of horror can be heard through the falling flakes. They gradually lessen muffled by flakes of nuclear snow.
