dropping like flies

Ten little Indians trying to toe the line one thought neighbors spied on him and then there were nine Nine little Indians on the Interstate one wrapped her car around a pole and then there were eight Eight little Indians their moods they try to leaven one kept washing her hands too much and then there were seven Seven little Indians taking their licks one couldn't eat or sleep and then there were six Six little Indians watch the next generation arrive one was all peaks and valleys and then there were five Five little Indians heading for the door one got left by its own mate and then there were four Four little Indians work to get degrees one gets one that doesn't work and then there were three Three little Indians begin to get a clue one locked his kids inside a glass cage and then there were two Two little Indians lazing in the sun one got drunk on sunshine and then there was one One little Indian  whom nothing more can stun puts down her pen and paper and still there is one
