Timothy

My oldest child is Timothy. He's thirteen now,How can it be? It seems like only yesterday The teenage years seemed far away. Now,the telephone rings with girls on the line. Some of them tell me,"Your son is so fine." I struggle to keep my little boy in sight. While he races toward manhood with all of his might. He gains more independence with each passing day. Facing many new choices as he makes his own way. As he wanders through these crazy teen years, I pray he finds courage to conquer his fears. As I reflect on his childhood,I smile and remember. But, inside my heart the tears beg to surrender. Although adolescence has made a strong start, Those first baby memories are engraved in my heart.
