The Radical Rabbi

There was once a radical Rabbi And He came upon a town Not by the churches teachings Was his knowledge to be found He spoke of a life of difference He spoke of another way The crowds grew around Him To listen to what He'd say His aura would ignite a hill He turned water into wine His words rang like music He granted sight to the blind His message was very simple Easily understood by all For all those who'd listen He gave the chance to heed His call Blessed are the meek Blessed are the ill Blessed are the hungry From heaven you'll get your fill Blessed are those that live By My teachings every day For in those you'll truly find The followers of the way
