Everything is Indelible

Through incarnations decades of change we remained fixed attached but not attached like the Xerox of a paper clip that appears copy after copy No one ever thinks   to white it out   But still with every new copy it becomes lighter and lighter Until it is barely visible just a small smudge   in the top left corner Which contains the DNA of all past copies Last night I dialed your number country code and all just trying to order pizza
