Woman-Child

Into a whirlpool I've fallen An emotional current I'm trying to navigate but it pulls me deeper into feelings that threaten to overwhelm and drown me Such a marvelous mixture, woman-child so bold and confident one moment fragile girl all shyness and hair  cuddled in my arms the next Your very nature evokes sensations long missed, like a favorite shirt forgotten in some dark corner of the closet just waiting for the happen chance of discovery As you settle around my thoughts touching me to the depths of my soul memories of your child eyes seem to probe all my hiding places What is it you see, woman-child do I bring this softness to your face arouse in the moment, a desire to find how deep is this water we're treading
