After Sex

Emotion swelled-- a giant tsunami pouring over and through, drowning me, leaving me breathless with pleasure, raising me to unexplored peaks, unknown triumphs. Then, helpless as a half-drowned puppy, hearing whole symphonies, Shakespearean sonnets sounding in my ears, and still able to recall some dozen dying stars that so recently super nova'd  against my eyelids, you reached over to the night stand and offered me a Chesterfield with no filter. How could you?

Additional Notes:
A woman's point of view... Men tend to confuse sex and conquest.
