#36 Rules for Response

How do I respond? I say one thing. I feel one thing. Often, it is not the same. A few moments of natural oneness, exceeded a thousand fold by despairing dichotomies. I am stalked by situations to pull my say and feel apart. I was taught to speak the proper say, and to suppress the truer feel. Ego of man contrives to separate feel and say. Fear of ridicule, fear of disappointment, fear of a hundred loses. Tension of truth is too much. Must I worry about saying what I feel? Will a natural whole response win in the end? Does a butterfly fret emerging, or a snake fear shedding it's skin? Can the force that cares for the order of nature, not do the same for me?
