My True Friend

Somethng has happened, deep inside me. I can't explain it, it's like the sea. Ever flowing, ever changing and with no end. Maybe all I need, is a good trusting friend. I miss her so much, my one true friend. But she is gone now, her life had to end. Her shoulder I cried on, time after time. She'd hold me and tell me, all will be fine. I miss her tonight, like no other. There's only one, my dear sweet Mother. I know you would help me, if only you could. Help me live life, the way that I should. It's been nine years, since you went away. I still miss you so much, what can I say. You are in Heaven, this I know. God called you home, it was your time to go. You were tired, you needed to rest. I'll keep on trying, to do my best. You had to go, I didn't ask why. But I'll meet you someday, Up there in the sky.
