Sometimes

Sometimes Life loses it's light And sometimes I start losing this fight Blades and burns Blood and scars Sometimes I wish I were one of the stars With fiery tears  That sear through my skin I cry out to the sky Let the killing begin Kill away my lies See through my eyes I don't know what I've become Or how this sadness thrives But there is just space And cold empty thoughts I try to hide the evidence But I always get caught So close your eyes And just hand me the knife Because sometimes death Is the answer to life
