Defeated

He hung his head with heavy heart Held both her hands,as not to part Grave was the message to impart Upon his lady,so forlorn For on this day, and evermore He'd cease to tread upon this shore For he must head the cries of war Full armour,he would soon adorn This one last time, they did embrace He kissed the tears upon her face "Defeated"then,he left in haste The love he lost, forever mourn
