Country Summers Early light, late sunsets, Glowing orange rounded in purple to blue, White clouds, spotted sailing adrift across dark green tree tops... After splendoring day's marching for morels, wild onion weeding, Along creek bottoms, wildlife blossoming, in wanderous bloom... Off to fields and pastures, filled with flowers... On stallion, Marvelous his mane, Gallantly gallopping, to run the scent's of clover and evergreens, through the air... The Whippoorwill singing song, Bugs A-Z blowing in the breeze, Smells of, brauts, burgers, wings and beans, brushed with BBQ sauce... Garden fresh melon's sweet, tomatoes, corn, onions too, I love the... in my life, Feeling free, playing on hands and knees through, Country Summers... |
