Foolish Girl

FOOLISH GIRL Foolish girl Who called them boy? Fair is your skin Sharp could be your mind But foolish be your life, When color makes you blind. Your hasty ignorance Has caused dismay, What foolish game you play; I grieve for all You could have gained. Your mind could have been opened, A lingering grin would still reside within you, And filled would have been your heart. A closer look would have undoubtedly shown, You will always be without If you never look within, For inside those boys Were incredible Men!
