Recognition (revised)

I see Her everyday as I listen to Garth or Kenny on my way  to 9-5 Someone else used to own that throne, could it have been, years ago? But now SHE reigns-- graying hair neatly combed, though crawling with adventures past and present Never meeting My gaze, exactly, She faintly smiles, looking at the sunrise aware  I see Her in there Sometimes at night, when I've showered and shaved (yes, twice daily just because I can) I see Her still in my dreams, but Her head swings ever so slightly to the right in time to catch My soul searching for Her and then a Grand Canyon opens, or rather "majestically appears" displaying Her perfectly cared-for teeth (reminding Me of My three o'clock appointment) --not what I expected-- And She tosses Her head  back in flirtatious laughter  --legs parting beneath Her windswept skirt as it tries to kite-flight its way over  to engulf My blazing head-- I almost wake screaming from dreaming-- from the realization I may soon see the underlyings of a real entitiy-- someone not consumed with what to wear or if She'll get to work on time As hard as I try to possess the dream-- lucidify it enough to progressively uncover all Her petals-- all I recieve for My neophytal efforts  is a transmigration, of sorts, from one simple being into Me-- and I awake looking forward to Monday when I delight in seeing Myself in Her  again

Additional Notes:
Did you notice, the parenthesied aside, about it being only a dream, has been elliminate. Thank those of you who brought up how unnecessary it was, or how it stood out...I think you were right.
