What God is this?

What God is this that turns his back On souls that cry and weep? What God is this that knows not, Where to find some of his sheep? What God is this that cannot hear, The agony and pain? What God is this? Not my God!. And, I’ll pray no more in vain. What God is this that knows not; Or is it does not care? What God is this? Don’t tell me… That God is everywhere. What God is this, I ask you? I hope that you’ve been scammed. What God is this?  Not my God. Or I am surely damned!

Additional Notes:
I don't feel this way anymore; so please don't try to convince me that if I turn to God things will get better. I'd like to know if it should read, What God is this who?
