To A 'New' Woman

Oh, wild and capricious lover of fun.....Run. Live life to its fullest with eyes toward the Sun. If settling undoes you, don't think of it now. There's always tomorrow to learn why and how. If Freedom means flying up nearer the sky, There will always be those who don't understand why. Understanding yourself is the first step to take; And important decisions, the hardest to make. So, when storms are encountered and turbulent swaying Gives rise to soul-searching and feverish praying, Remember that most would give up without thinking All worldly possessions to stop their ship's sinking. Life itself, in this case, is important enough To hang onto dearly when weather is rough. And you may be closer than ever to landing, When you discover a true understanding Of "why" you are running--the "source" of your Pain, And your need for the Sunshine, as well as the Rain.
