Somewhere Crying alone- my heart grieves with pain I've found not a sole to whom I can explain You've been plucked from my arms, torn from my heart; I cannot live without you, why are we apart? In desperation I raise my arms lifting my voice to the coal black sky, Tears stream down my cheeks and your name I loudly cry Waiting, I hear my echo softly calling back the same And suddenly I realize within that echo is MY NAME! And from that moment on I know that echo from above Holds the promise that you're out there... that we'll find each other's love! Christopher T. Moore July 24, 1990 |
